GeruDoku Texture Pack – A lovely texture pack with support for tons of mods.
GeruDoku Texture Pack – What is it?
The GeruDoku Texture Pack is a very basic high definition texture pack. It doesn’t alter anything other than the textures. The game still feels like Minecraft, just with a bit of an aesthetic change to it. That isn’t inherently bad, however. Don’t get me wrong, this texture pack looks great; its high-definition textures are wonderful and I am a fan of the menu changes as well, such as the inventory and crafting screen updates.
The true wonder of this pack comes in its compatibility with other mods. The GeruDoku pack adds high definition textures to mods such as:
- The Aether
- IndustrialCraft 2
- More Explosives
- EnderChest
…with over a dozen more as well. So, when it comes to the purely aesthetic value of this texture pack, it is great, but it isn’t particularly unique. However, if you’re looking for more than just pretty blocks, this mod rises above and beyond, especially if you’re a heavy mod user. Enjoy!
Now for some screenshots of the texture pack.
