Four To Win – Brought back from then, the game of the golden ages has been recreated and is here now, basking in Minecraft’s sunlight.
One of the funnest board games of the age has been brought back to life in a new glory of Minecraft. Four To Win is a map that has the same purpose of the board game, “Connect Four”. Your objective is to defeat your opponent in the game by having four of your pieces connect to each other. A game of strategy and attention. Pay attention or you could make a wrong move that will safely secure your opponent a win. The map features a system that has the players take turns placing their piece. Each player will take turns choosing a column to place their piece in. In order to win, you can connect four of your pieces in one of these directions, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.
To give the map a bit more variety than the basic connect four board game, it features another game mode for you and a buddy to play with. You have the normal game where you just carry on playing as you usually would, and then there’s the Hidden game mode. The Hidden game mode is played exactly like the regular game mode, except the catch is that neither you or your opponent can see the pieces that have been placed. The win and loss is based on a complete guess, if you think you have a connection, press the button that reveals the blocks. If your guess was correct, then you win. If not, then your opponent wins. This mode completely relies on whether or not you can remember the exact placement of each players piece. You’ll either make it or break it.
Some maps have some rules. Here’s the rules of this map:
- Don’t break any blocks and just carry on with the game
Some maps also have objectives. Here’s the objectives of this map:
- Be the first to connect four blocks of the same colors together in order to win
