Storage in Minecraft has always been pretty basic if you think about it. On top of that, there may or may not be enough room in the end because of the fact that items in your inventory will build up quick. This is especially true if you’re mining. I, for one, notice that I eventually run out of space for all of the iron that I mine. I end up having to make an extra room in my house filled with chests, just to compensate for all of the iron I have.
Fortunately, there’s theFactorization Mod that does exactly this. TheFactorization Mod is a mod that makes it so you can store one type of item into one block. This results in more saved space, as well as a more compact and organized way of storing items. For example, you can create a mining storage room. Normally, this would look like a room full of chests with signs on them. thanks tot his mod, however, you can now make that mining room consist of five barrels, and you can now store stacks of items inside of those barrels, or more specifically, ores.
What makes this mod even cooler is that it’s completely compatible with IndustrialCraft, meaning that you can rig pipes into the barrels, allowing for almost automatic mining and efficient storage in a way. Imagine just farming all day, and after a couple hours, you will have a barrel that says it has over 4 stacks of iron in it, all from you just doing practically nothing!
In conclusion, theFactorization Mod is a pretty nice mod, and is recommended for anyone who would like to sotre their items in a more efficient way, or would just like to have a place to put all of their ores at.
