Xerxes Weapons Mod

Description

I have always loved swords in Minecraft. The problem, however, is that there isn’t much of a selection when it comes to the swords. There’s wooden swords, stone swords, iron swords, gold swords, and then diamond swords. That might be quite a bit, but they all look the same, and the only differences between them are the colors, the damage, and the durability. There isn’t a difference when it comes the the design of the sword really. If only there was a mod that fixed this.

Fortunately, there’s a mod that does, and it’s called theXerxes Weapons Mod. TheXerxes Weapons Mod is a mod that makes it so you can craft all kinds of swords, ranging from normal katanas that can slice and dice your opponents with ease, to sophisticated swords, such as the Ender Sword, which allows you to teleport around by right clicking. In addition to that, you can even create swords that leech off of your health, in exchange for devastatingly powerful power without the need for diamonds.

This mod is pretty good when it comes to the survival game mode. For starters, this mod expands greatly upon the existing sword aspect of Minecraft, completely overhauling it to the point where it’s just as big as the mining aspect of the game. Secondly, with this mod, you can acquire more power at an earlier part of the game, in exchange for something else, such as your health, or low durability. This should make the early parts of the game slightly easier and more fun, because, let’s face it- Minecraft on the hard game difficulty is actually hard now.

All in all, this mod is pretty nice, and is recommended for anyone who would like to have more swords in their game, or would just like to add more mechanics into the game in an elegant way.
